About Michael Brower
Michael Brower has firsthand knowledge of licensing, starting, running, and expanding businesses in the spirits and hospitality industry. He is also an expert in protecting intellectual property within these fields. He is part owner of Pigeon Hill Brewing Company and manages much of their day to day operations. Prior to that experience, he worked with his grandfather who was a pioneer in the MLCC licensing space. He brings that wealth of knowledge and experience to his care for clients and can provide insight and knowledge that other attorneys do not have.

About Nicholas Vander Veen
Nicholas Vander Veen is an expert in the dental industry. Nick assists young professionals in securing their first associate position, starting or purchasing their own practice, running the day to day operations of a practice including employment, vendor, and real estate issues, forming partnerships between dentists, creating and managing dental service organizations, and the sale of dental practices. This specialized knowledge and experience comes from over a decade of work in this practice area, personal involvment in the dental community and businesses, and a lifetime growing up in and working for his father’s dental practice. He knows first hand the professional involvement, requirements, and sacrifce of being a dental professional that other attorneys will never be able to match. He is a licensed real estate broker as well as authorized to practice in both Michigan and Illinois.
